Description Companion art piece to "If It Meant Living - Chapter 56: "Sacrifice"": [link]

Zaeed's words never fit anyone better than Mordin right here. I love how he isn't sad, isn't weighted down. He's happy and arrogant and determined.

He's such a wonderful character; whatever other weaknesses ME3 may have (:: cough :: ENDING :: cough :: ), they truly did Mordin justice.

For some reason, I didn't cry with Mordin's death. It felt so right, somehow, and this picture captures that feeling perfectly. He's finished the story his life and won at it.

Hehe, thanks . His arc really was incredibly moving and powerful; and though it sucked he had to die, man did he go out in style

Hero you say? This was a hero.

But yeah Mordin was great, A bit of a pervert but great all the same, I'm sad there wasn't a way to save him though, at least without betraying the krogan.

I can't disagree - Marauder Shields rocks

It would have been great to be able to save Mordin, but his death was so beautifully done that I can't begrudge it.

I loved playing most of the game, just like I did while playing ME1&2, but the ending just spoiled everything for me and everyone else it seems. >: (

I didn't like seeing him die but it was a good way and it suited him, I especially liked when he sang though it was very sad.

I found that once I decided I wasn't going to play the end anymore (at least not until the Extended Cut), it became easier to enjoy the rest of the game again. There really are some incredible moments, and even entire missions, throughout the game (which does make it even harder to understand how they screwed up the end so badly when they clearly knew how to sculpt great experiences). It's a shame to miss out on continued enjoyment of those, though it can be...hard.

Yeah you're right, I liked the missions and played most, if not all, of them on my first play through and it becomes a little bit boring after a while, especially when you have to find the keys of every Hanar and his dog.
