no that's not surreal...it really doesn't matter...when you finish sayinf that the glass is full of water-the glass is really not full of water anymore...call it surreal. but no one can call things real if they are not real-ized.

THERE IS NO BALANCE IF THERE IS DESIRE, AND DESIRE IS WHAT LEADS YOU FORWARD ...NIHILISM BRINGS TO THE BEGINNING POINT WHEN YOU GET TIRED OF " CHAOS", IT IS AN ERASER. FOR A CLEARER PERSPECTIVE.THE ORIGING AND ALL THAT IS /WAS IS KEPT IN THE VOID.

but desire is headed towards a purposeful end, nihilism's end is emptiness, void, and void is technically purposeless...to reduce anything into nothing is like saying that a glass of water has nothing, not even a glass is present...that my friend is surreal

freedom is on this earth...the astral world is to fragile...ends up in shit pretty quickly. all astral world can be materialized if you are "real-ized".
and nihilism is beautiful as shedding skin, destroying everything to get to the core....there would be only kitsch without nihilism

you must be pertaining not of the term nihilism but of the term void...nihilism(nihil in latin means void)is a thought in life championed by nietszche(though the great nihilism ate up his words when he is dying), and its duaghter existentialism...destruction and creation is a duality of forces working in the universe i agree, but to highlight only nihility without balancing it with fullness is like favoring darkness of night over day...we must maintain balance

My friend ... today I was listening with a client of mine to a cd of a zen master (I learned everything from my client about buddhism + zen and we both meditate each week)
... The cd was also about good and evil ... the main point is ... In zen there´s no good and evil and also in life their´s no good and evil (in a perfect matter)... but I have to admit that all menkind in its nature is evil and we are doing bad things every day .. but its a part of human nature ... In the end hate aggression and violence all comes from the ego ... the question for the sense of life is a question of interlect ... If we can understand that we are bound by our earthly exsitense and ego to matters of time, personality, earthly sins, all our desires and bad things... everything we think we are ... and if we can let loose by overcoming it and contemplate and trancesendent it ... we will understand that everything is connected ... everything is one and we are all connected (can´t u feel it?! I know u do!) ... we came from nothing into life ... and we vanish into nothing ... and if we die we get back to be nothing to be whole again with everything in nothingless ... So now to me is one thing is clear ... There´s no fear left in me ... If I get hit by you or anybody ... I see you in me ... I see the aggression of my offender as being a habit of a human being just like me ... and I feel mercy for You and me ... cos we are one ... we are the same ... in the eternal stream of nothing!

hmmm...i will have to pass for a debate here my friend, as you know i am against any form of nihilism, positive zen or existentialism-which prophesises that from nothing we came and that nothing we will end up to...in this part of idealogy i still am very doubtful...the hermitic(oneness culture) tradition is one that i am against in the fact that oneness or universality must be contextuual...microcultures differ from one another, belief systems religious dogmas traditions and ethics, all differs, but there is a mystery which i myself will never know that binds us all, that mystery is so paradoxical that it even dissolves my own beliefs and your own too...but that mystery is not focused on nothing because if we will end up just into nothing then there is no purpose in life...zen have spoken of freeing us from life into where? what is freedom if we are still earthbound? define freedom in a zen way and have it intersect the plane of reality and you'll see a contradiction...in my journey to this world i have been an eager doubter, a periscopic detective if i must say...fear leads the way to courage...everything we think we are, but we must also not forget that the human species is an organism made up of multiple people...what you do think or feel will always affect others...what you and i are doing here and what we aim to show them will greatly affect the whole in my opinion my friend

I really like to depate with you on that issue ... but in the end I see that we have a similiar purposes with our art and the aim of it ... and I hope and I´m sure that we will have an affect to the whole as you said ...
In my eyes I´m in doubt with myself as a human being and everything that sourrounds me and happens in the world... and I´m in doubt with the meaning of life ... and I´m a searcher of my inner soul ... There is lot of anger, sorrow, pain, lust, joy, desires and much more in me that is part of my human existence ... I try to contemplate and understand them consciously and subconsciously with my mind, interlect and soul ... Through my art I would like to find and purify a language with signs of general validity ... and speak about my human existence that I share with everyone ... I want to talk and critizise about the good and evil ... the beauty and the ugliness ... the meaningfull and the nothingness in life
For me buddhism is a choice of thinking different about life ... And I see that there is an universal truth in it ... I criticize every kind of dogmatic religion that makes people dependent and misleads them to hate and war against other religions ... For me the need for spiritualism is a part of the human existence ... And the Aim of all religions is to satisfy this need ... (that is why it´s so powerfull when religion is abused)
Buddha said: All life is suffering ... and a lot of bad things and suffering comes from our ego, mind, thinking, feelings ... we are misleaded by desires, greed and so on ... to overcome it we have to get rid of those things ... The aim of meditating is to reach a higher state of mind and see what we really are besides our human existence ... The aim and hope of buddhism is that we can understand within our lifetime that we all come from this nothingness and rejoin this after death ...
This nothingness surely has a sense. We cannot understand it in a lifetime and relfect it with our mind, interlect and soul ... Some religions call this nothingness heaven, god or whatever ... but it is missunderstood and missinterpretated ... If we all understand that we come from this and end up into this one, big, nameless thing ... we will be free from the bad things that is part of our human nature and show mercy to our own existence and live in peace and respect with ourself and every other kind of human being and creature on earth ... because we learn to understand and see what we are and what we share with the whole exsistence ... that we are one
I also see a contradiction between zen, buddhism and reality ... and it´s a very hard thing to achieve this in life ... maybe impossible !!! And all the bad things and unfairness goes on in the world ... For me it doesnt mean that we have to accept bad things ... we have to fight them ...
All in all for me it´s a relief ... and I feel and see that it makes sense in a way to achieve this goals ... and try to understand my own existence and nature as a human being and see what we really are ...
