There's really, really no idea behind it. I just drew a random portrait, and I decided to use that cool photo as a background. After a bit of playing around in Photoshop, this is what I got.

I like this picture. The textures and colors, and the way the hair covers most of the face kind of gives it a mysterious feel. Good job

Awesome! Looks like a dude to me. I like how you meshed the smooth strokes of the drawing/painting with the rough edges of the textured background.

To be honest, that meshing was one of the few things I had to do. Had to decide where to let the drawing show, and where to keep the background. Then I painted the golden parts. But everything else just appeared naturally when I superimposed the two images (the portrait-which was painted by me ofc and the background). Photoshop is just awesome like that

daca am spus ca imi aminteste,nu inseamna ca este unul dintre artistii mei favoriti,il respect doar pentru indemanarea tehnica remarcabila din lucrarile lui,si este un designer excelent de bijuterii si tatuaje.
imi pare lucrarea neterminata, in primul rand din cauza formatului mic ales,dar si sentimentului de schitza a unui caracter ,de concept.Griurile folosite sunt insa foarte reusite si balanseaza tot constructul prin nehotararea lor cromatica.
