For some reason my camera just isn't able to portray the colours right on this one, but it's close enough.

Pregame Kiibo and Miu randomly meeting was probably where this originated from.
I think pregame Miu maybe wasn't as...extra as she was in the game?
And I headcanon Kiibo being a bit more robotic.
I don't think either of them had many friens/friends at all before Danganronpa.
Kiibo doesn't neccessarily understand subtle human things and might be taken advantage of by someone he would consider a friend.
Miu has such a colourful personality, that many of her classmates would avoid her or insult her.
Here they are both in a train, most certainly watching Danganronpa on their phones, maybe on the way to auction even?
I dunno, this was fun to draw and a pain to colour.
