This idea has been in the back of my head since January and now it is finally here!
Kaimaki is an alright ship and it's half-canon anyways, but it's not really my thing.
It was just kind of predictable and felt quite planned, though I did like Maki's outburst in the fifth trial.
The way Kaito treated her confession was weird though, like he just blamed her for liking him and went off to space to die??
Your girl is crying Kaito and you're going to die, at least give her a hug or something?!
But nah, he noped out of the situation and went to space.
(I shouldn't blame him though, I probably wouldn't have been much better)

Also I've just found Durarara and Celty is my new reason to live
