Description EDIT: Cleaned the image a little, still pretty iffy, but better I think!

Just a quiet little moment between Lauren and Dani, best-friends-for-life-and-time-and-cryogenic-chambers.

AND GUESS WHO FINALLY MANNED UP AND DREW DANI'S BAD FOOT?! GRAPHOSPASM DID, THAT'S WHO!

And yes, Lauren is supposed to look rather boyish. XD That's why I drew her portrait with her in a sports-bra, so you could see her chest .

Hope you like it! I'll clean it up with inks soon, I promise.

EDIT: Basically erased the background weirdness. I think it looks... better?

i love what you did for the titles...i liked how you used incubus as well (kiss to send us off,aqueous transmission, wish you were here so on and so forth). that band is great especially light grenades

I think they both came out neat, and Dani's bad foot looks "good." Also, you did a great job with the sitting poses. That's actually something I never really tried yet.

It was SO HARD to draw!!! I had to corrall my roommate into sitting for me so I could get the legs right. Took hours to do! XD Glad you like it! It's high praise coming from you. ^^

No problem, and referencing live models (whether in person or a photo) is always good. It's better than looking at the way other people draw things - I had to learn that the hard way a while back. But I use a mirror a lot when I need a certain pose or hand gesture or just looking at clothes folds.

XD Before I read the artist's notes I actually thought Lauren was a guy... I was like "wait, whaaaaaat???" But I looooovvvvve the way you drew them both!! Lauren kinda has an "I gotcha back" look and Dani looks like she knows it. Nice job!

Nyyyyyyrrrgh Dani's foot is sooooo cool!!! Much cooler than the way I drew it. X3 This is definitely in my favorites.

Lauren's manliness does not go unnoticed by the YYH crowd. XD It provides for some, um, fun moments between Lauren and Hiei (there might be a little not-so-friendly competition in store). Glad you liked it!!!

Uh, almost 6 feet or so. 5'10, maybe 5'11? She tosses Dani around like a doll sometimes, though the shrimp can fight back when she wants. XD

I struggled with this picture for, like, three days to get the perspective right. XD It was an uphill battle. But yeah, Lauren is a tomboy to the bone... or should I just say she's 'asexual?' Eh, you'll see! And the foot, good, bad, just stupid?

I think your drawing is great! I guess the only thing is that it would probably look a bit more...grotesque, maybe. I mean, I've seen deformed limbs and they're kind of like 'urgh' to look at. Maybe it's just cause it's a drawing, but it's still really good!
So drawing The Foot took up all your courage? xD

When it's colored you might get a little more of the grotesque-ness (her skin's a very nasty grey color, and gnarled).

Yeah, it took up a lot of it. -_-; I'm a nervous sort of person.
