*Note: The base for this piece is done with dark umber watercolor pencil and wash, then all the color is painted in Photoshop as well as aditional toning and shading, just like any other painting. This puts it under the heading of digital art as verified by admin ^ost2life.*Well, has been on my case forever to do some Guilty Gear artwork
jk She mearly made the suggestion and I agreed, I just didn't get to it till the other night.This is a portrait version of Baiken, who to me will forever be known as the 'one-eyed-one-armed-ninja-chick.' (and yes, I know she's technically a samurai, but ninja is just more fun to say
)At any rate, from the first time I played the game, I loved her design. I don't know, I think I have an affinity for characters with facial tattoos and odd colored hair. In any case, I love the design and it seemed like it would make an interesting piece. I'd love to make the costume someday, but we'll see.

Thanks. that's exactly what I'm striving for with this style. I guess I have this need to proove that digital and traditional art can blended into one seamless artform, that it doesn't have to be one or the other
