Just remember when hugging a cat don't hug too hard. I hug my older sister's cat and the darn animal gets scared and tries to jump out of my arms. I love cats I just can't help hugging them or petting them really hard, they're just so cute

Practical advice? Absolutely.
When ever I become mad or enraged about something,
I grab Mr. Poopers and pet him.
There is no way I can remain upset when petting him.
Now, instead of him running away when I become upset,
he actually approaches me as if he's thinking
"relax...I will sooth you and make you better again"
