Go to "Submit" at the top of your webpage, then select "submit art". It will open to a new page where you have to name and upload your art. In the "Category" section select "Literature" and then click on all the appropriate subjects for what you're posting. When you get to "Which file" select "Add text" and a new window will pop up where you can type in your fanfic. (I recommend writing it down in whatever Word program you have, then copying the text and pasting it into the box, that way if DevArt gliches you won't lose what you've written.
I hope that helped! And just for a heads up, Dahlia's name is actually Darnda. I'm going to be changing that soon on this site.

An extremely important rule in business: Never EVER put yourself down! It makes you look bad and turns off whoever you're wanting to do business with. You want to show that you're a confident person, but when you say things like "I'm beneath you" it gives people the impression that you don't think very highly of yourself, so why should they?
The reason I have to turn down your offer is not because I think I am better than you. Certainly not! It is for the simple reason that I am so busy right now, I am behind on personal projects and I am frantically earning money to go back to college and pay medical bills, payments that can't wait for a book to be published. Drawing comic book pages takes months of hard work that I can't afford to give right now.
BUT, if you have a great idea for a graphic novel (aka comic book) I shall certainly do what I can to help you find a way to get it illustrated and published. You don't have to have an illustrator to present an idea to a publisher! And usually the publisher finds the illustrator FOR you! My knowledge of publishing is focused more on childrens books and novels, but I do know a little about getting a graphic novel published. If you're interested let me know and I'll try to give you as much information as I can. Everyone deserves to see their dreams come true, as long as they are willing to work hard for them!
