Description This is a reference for the 6 key lighting positions.

These are the positions used in most film and TV.

keep this in mind when planing your lighting for dramatic effects.

The shading on No. 3 is my favorite... I think its the most dramatic... Makes Brie happy!

three is my favorite as well. It's called rembrant (cause the painter used it all the time)

rather famous for the little triangle of light under the eye.
