wow, this piece is really amazing, not only the many techniques and programs you used here, but the amount of detail...I like especially the space art part, your planets are extremely well textured and detailed, yet soft...the starfield is dense, yet depthful and the nebulas work fine too.
the house and the man looking upwards are a nice and unusual touch too....but: my biggest critique is that the image is just too overloaded with elements...as if you wanted to throw every possible thing into one image...I think it would have been better without the mountains and the asteroids...it would give more space to the eyes.
well, a few other small critiques: first, I think the mountains lack a bit of contrast, they look rather dull, and the mountains, the man and the render look a little smudged in...a thing I'd usually try to avoid in such cases, hard edges look more realistic
ah, and yeah, the clouds... hm, I think they shouldn't not be blended in this way, despite the fact that they are actually just frozen water, clouds aren't really see-through, but totally opaque... thus modes like soft light usually don't work too good. I personally like to blend in my colours by setting them to multiply and masking out what I don't need.
the house is nicely done, and with a good bump, and I like the ice on the windows... it might be a little sharper, but it's ok.
well, I hope you don't mind my critiques, it remains a great piece of art

I can't really see anything in this that I don't like or don't think works. it's all incredibly detailed and very enjoyable to look at. amazing and very impressive work on this. my favourite part is the bottom half, below the planets, it just has such a real feeling to it, that silver moonlight lighting up the snowy world. I love that, it's my favourite thing about winter, looking out my bedroom window on a full moon night with no clouds. this captures that feeling beautifully, the wondering and imagining. great job!

Unbe-friggin-leivable! This work is amazing. I realize that adjective has been used a lot already, (or maybe it was just in my head as I looked at it), but it truely is.

This is just so heart-breakingly amazing. It captured my attention the moment I saw it. The overall execution of your concept is just excellent. Great Composition and I love the use of colour here and how you have done the nebula and worked with textures. Youve done well to make use of a variety of tools.
Overall the thing I love most is its 3D, how youve added a human element and the way you have worked with light (Painting with Light is something I am very much interested in). What does bring it to life is having that figure there enveloped by Mother Earth and contemplating Father Sky (hey Im Native American -- thats how I see things *grins*) and all that lies beyond...In this moment he knows there is more that is even greater than himself...
Well done and a serious fav
Love
Sev
