Deathstroke ? it can be, because Deathstroke is from DC and DP is form marvel, and Marvel and DC only made one comic together and it was Spiderman vs superman (the last time i heard of that ^^')

Tasky can train you very well in martial arts or give you top-notch henchemen if you're a newcomer villain that wants to make a name for himself.

Yet, Deadpool is Immortal and is some years older and is insane with all kinds of different mutant skills... Ok, seems legit that DeathStroke should win....

Deathstroke has a healing factor too. And what "mutant skills" does he have aside from his healing factor, that again Deathstroke also has (since Deadpool was based off him)?

"since Deadpool was based off him"? And this makes Deathstroke has all abilities of Deadpool? So, does it retroactively make Taskmaster have all of Deathstrokes abilities by the same logic? Is that your statement?

That depends on which Universe. In one universe he has all kinds of mutant abilities. Some are more like that DeadPool game that came out! Just some teleport crap. But still, Deadpool's healing factor is way better than DeathStrokes. And actually, what I think, (havent read much) but Cap/Deathsroke did the same thing. Both took a serum that buffed themselfs up to human peak. But if you cut Caps head off, I dont think you can put it back and think that it'll heal in a couple of minutes

Dude, look up Deathstroke. He DOES have a healing factor. That's the only reason Deadpool has one too since he was based off DS. And the original question that I answered wasn't even who would win,but who would you hire. And my answer is still Deathstroke because he's most likely to get the job quicker and more professionally than Deadpool or Taskmaster.

Love the form and colors
Just one minor issue, Taskmaster's hand looks like it's bending too far making look unnatural, especially with that large sword. Also, something seems odd with Deadpool's head, not sure though.
