Description

This is just a little something I made out of fun to get myself into the Halloween mood and I decided, why not do a custom Darkstalkers vs. roster. I decided to go with Creepypasta. Since both Darkstalkers and Creepypasta stories have something in common which is a horror setting, I figured that this crossover would work well, maybe as a fan-game created through something like M.U.G.E.N. Who knows, even if this is a fan-made freeware game, maybe it might be supported by Capcom just like Street Fighter X Megaman and would be available from Capcom Unity, but that's just me, though.

Roster:

1st Row: Pyron, Lord Raptor, Skin Taker, Zalgo

2nd Row: Morrigan Aensland, B.B. Hood, Rikuo, BEN, Jeff the Killer, Jane the Killer

3rd Row: J. Talbain, Sasquatch, Q-Bee, Bishamon, Eyeless Jack, Tails Doll, B.O.B., The Rake

4th Row: Huitzil, Lilith Aensland, Demtri Maximoff, Donovan, Herobrine, Slender Man, Lavender Town ghost, Smile.jpg

Q: Would this game have a rating? If so, what would it be rated?

A: ...Are you kidding me? There's no reason for this game to have a rating. Plus, it'd be just a fan-made game, as I stated before. Street Fighter X Megaman doesn't even have a rating so why would Darkstalkers vs. Creepypasta even have one? Of course, I can see the game having a warning label though indicating that the game may contain frightening imagery and whatnot because after all, it's freakin' CREEPYPASTA!

Q: What do you think the gameplay is like?

A: It be just like any other Darkstalkers game, only I would love to see digitized 3D models as sprites like in Killer Instinct, Terrordrome and the upcoming MMO fighting game King of Combat.

On a side note: I think it would be interesting to see Darkstalkers vs. Creepypasta have fatalities. Each character would, of course, have one fatality like the characters in Mortal Kombats 1 and Deadly Alliance, characters Samurai Shodown V, are there other fighting games where characters have one fatality? I'm not gonna go into details on what each character's fatalities would take too long to do so, but feel free to give in your ideas on what each character's fatality would be like. Don't go into Bishamon's fatality though because we all know what his fatality would be like upon seeing this .

Q: Is there a story for Darkstalkers vs. Creepypasta?

A: No... at least not specifically. I'll explain later.

Q: Are there endings for the game?

A: Yes, and the endings are accompanied by CGI pictures that help tell the ending along with scripted dialouge for characters who appear in them. The picture limit for those endings is 2.

Q: Are there rivalries in this?

A: Yes, as the way roster is set up indicates a rivalry like Morrigan Aensland vs. Jane the Killer and Demitri Maximoff vs. Slender Man.

Q: Would there be rivalry moments in Darkstalkers vs. Creepypasta

A: Yes, and they would be in the form of pre-fight dialogue like in other 2D fighting games like Street Fighter and King of Fighters. Some of these moments would even explain the rivalries like B.B. Hood vs. Jeff (she would mistake Jeff for some pasty-skinned monster due to his unnerving uncanny valley features) and Rikuo vs. BEN (Ben Drowned, get it?).

Q: Can you explain the guest fighters you have here?

A: On the Darkstalkers side, there's Dante from Devil May Cry, since both Darkstalkers and Devil May Cry are Capcom properties. On the Creepypasta side is SCP-076-2 (a.k.a. Abel) from SCP Foundation since both Creepypastas and SCP Foundation are both related to eachother in a way. Also, the rivalry between Dante and SCP-076-2 is quite fitting since the two are the most badass motherf*ckers ever.

Q: Have there been some other Creepypasta monsters you are missing?

A: Actually yes, this roster is lacking Squidward's Suicide, Forenzik (he'd be the one fighting while Happy Appy would be his partner just like Noob Smoke), Pinkie Pie (Cupcakes version), Suicide Mouse, Splenderman, BRVR, the list goes on.
