I like to think that at one point in "Broken Spirit" Discord would force Fluttershy to give him a belly rub/massage. And a nurse can't say no.
(He'd probably blackmail her and threaten to turn her animals into types of cheese if she did say no.)(See my gallery for "Broken Spirit")
I wish I didn't break Discord's leg; I wanted to draw it kicking like a happy dog. XD

Knowing a nurse and the requests they get, a nurse most certainly can say no, and will often have to do so loudly and repeatedly. (It's a small wonder they have one of the highest sexual harassment rates of all professions.)
