Screen shot of 1990 movie The Nutcracker Prince.Scene when the mad dying Mouseking fueled by revenge (covered in deserts thanks to Clara) tries one last time to satisfy his vengeance by slaying the Nutcracker's beloved.
thinks perhaps the Mouseking mistaken Clara for the Nutcracker (losing his perception on things) she has a good point. But what ever what was going on in his head, he was quite intimidating in this scene! Especially with his eyes, heavy gasping breathing and goop all over him. But I still feel bad for him. Sorry cannot be helped!

i think i figured it out he went for clara instead. when she shut her drawer shut. she hurt his tale and as she is running you hear the mouseking say "my tail why you, you thief. you'll pay for this. he said you'll pay for this to the nutcracker and got one hit on him, but he could have mistaken clara for the nutcracker too. all in all. i cry for the mouseking at this part.

I think by this time he was dying and so angry he hated both of them now... since he saw Clara right there he took his revenge on her for throwing her shoe and slamming the drawer on his tail. Plus he knew Hans cares for her as well so it's like killing two birds with one stone.

one of my most sad part of the movie. i know the mouse king was evil, but i had sympathy for him when he was injured. he could have surrendered and made peace, but instead died as he fell off the balcony

I think he was going to kill Clara and then the Nutcracker to make the death of Hans even worse. Or he could be getting revenge for his tail the she slammed in the drawer.

Whoa, there's a face to fuel your nightmares. I always thought it was goofy how Clara started throwing desserts at him. Yeah, creampuffs will stop a homicidal, pain-crazed, rat-sized mouse in his tracks.
