I like it. Totally wish that Blood & Chrome did more to validate the model, though. Doing the math, the model is too large for the launch tubes, assuming they were the same size as from the series.

Nope. The Mk. II had a missile storage bay, along with hardpoints on the wings, as well.

The storage bays are internal, yes. They're directly underneath the main body. There are hardpoints are on the wings for more missile or fuel pod attachments.
