My mistake, not Russian and Serbian saint ! Blessed Angelina Serbian
Holy Angelina was the daughter of the famous Albanian hero Skanderbeg George (1414-1467 gg.). She married Serbian ruler of St. Stephen, who bore the title of despot, son of Prince George Brankovic. Serbia at that time was already conquered by the Turks, and from St. Stephen and Angelina had to endure many sorrows, and then humiliating exile in Italy. Among the tests holy wife raised two sons in piety and heroism: the Archbishop of St. Maximus and St. John - the last ruler Serbia (since 1493) before a long period of her enslavement. After the death of her husband Angelina took holy monk and was known for his exploits and charity. Especially known for its concern for the Serbian and Russian monasteries. Seeing that she was no longer able to help all the monasteries, she turned with a touching message to the Moscow Grand Prince Vasily III: «Our upadana power now, and your power rises. Take it over our care and custody of the holy temples and monasteries that are yours and mine pious ancestors created. " With funds donated by Prince Vasili, holy Angelina built Krushedolskuyu Lavra, where were buried after her incorrupt relics, as well as relics of her husband, St. Stephen, and her two sons, Saints, Archbishop Maxima and Prince John. Their names are related to the protection of the Serbian fatherland against the infidels.During the Turkish rule the Serbian people turned to him with a prayer for deliverance from invaders. Even false healing received from them and amazed at the Christian faith. Together with the holy saint Angelina Milica most beloved and revered of all saints in Serbia. People call it "T-shirt" (Mother) Angelina.
