For its large size, ARBIANT moves extremely quickly. ARBIANT has powerful psychic and grass-type attacks, but it is easily exhausted. ARBIANT's tail-leaves act as solar panels to fuel its movements.
This POKEMON may be unfriendly to humans in general, but ARBIANT is highly intelligent and incredibly loyal to those worthy of its trust. ARBIANT's attacks are certainly powerful.
The older it lives, the more tail-leaves are grown. ARBIANT resides in complicated social hierarchies, but do not take so well to humans. Its psychic and grass attacks are destructive.

May I point out something?
I can't really see anything (that's obvious to someone who's barely started drawing and is getting a tablet for Christmas) wrong with the picture itself, but the description is begging to be edited.
Since I'm a writer, that really pops out at me.
The first is redundancy, ESPECIALLY when considered with the earlier evolutions. You mention how devastating it's Grass/Psychic type moves are (guesstimating) about/maybe 5 times in the entire evolution table. Same with the part of it being easily exhausted. Repeating it should be fine, perhaps if you add a "Like it's previous evolutions, ARBIANT is easily exhausted."
Third paragraph gives a really great, realistic touch to the Pokemon, but it states once again that it's unfriendly to humans. Perhaps if you put that it's hierarchies are a topic of much debate to humans?
