Woot for submissions!This is another contest entry for the wonderful *WhipStitch-WolfThing 's competition going on right now. One of the challenges was to design/draw your own Yan-Tak . I would do no justice explaining them so I won't.
Anywayz! Not entirely happy with this. > > I really liked it when I scetched it... the lineart was kind of icky... when I shaded it (I used *kesame 's tutorial... it wasn't as gorgeous, but I liked it), and then I ruined it with my coloring. :'D

I love how you don't treat hair or fur like one large shape with a jagged outline. Your attention to each strand is fun to look at and inspiring.

That is a really creepy coincedence, I've been on and off using the same tutorial for days trying to get a result I like. XD Part of it was to do the fur over the lineart layer which I found to give a really nice look. You did a pretty good job though.
