Yes, it's true.
I finally decided it was time to make a scene/sparkle dog. Even as I tried to make it ridiculous, I found myself creating a somewhat harmonic design. XD
Her name is Holik, and I don't really have much information for her yet, but my good friend ~cannibalplant might have a mate for her already.
Originally the character started out as a boy, but then I thought... "Hey. I have too many male characters the way it is." > w >Background just thrown together this time. c:

THE COLORS! OO" lol. I love how bright she is. lmao. And the swirly part of her markings is awesome (I love stuff like that). And the stars in her hair are cute.

Yeh, originally she started out pink... but I'm really picky about having no two characters with a similar 'Theme' color. Do you know what I mean? Like, my character Verinem has a lot of pink in his design so I didn't want to much in Holik's here. XD
The only problem with those markings is they are a PAIN to redraw! > w > But eh, I like them too.
