Description
My entry to the Slayers action contest and a place where many of the random monsters (like Mr. boss kappa and creepy nose lady and the dice monster) that invade my school notes wound up. The unibrow cyclops monster is kinda weird... he comes from physics and he looks like a tomato monster too. La la la...I'm pretty proud of how Zelgadis' face turned out... as well as the inside of Lina's cape.
I apologize for being really bad at drawing/coloring blood... maybe the monster is really a mutated ketchup packet.
Watercolors, India ink, and a bit of marker and colored pencil.

^_____^ I like using watercolors because of some of the cool things that can happen without me doing anything, I'm too computer-inept to get the same results on the computer!
Zelgadis' face turned out better than I'd expected!
As for the monsters, they totally took over my physics notes... especially the unibrow cyclops and the hairy nose lady!

Thank you very much! ^___^ Traditional art doesn't have the same ability to do everything to the last detail like digital art, but I think it's more fun (except for when I spill ink all over the place!)! ^____^

I'm amazed at the amount of detail in this picture and how every character gets the chance to do their 'thing'. Great work!
I like the unibrow cyclops monster, although he looks like he wandered onto the battlefield by accident. I hope he's still in one piece

The unibrow cyclops monster came off of my Physics notes... so perhaps he did wander into the fight on accident... ^^ He looks sort of like a tomato to me, so it'll be okay if he gets sliced up because then they can serve him on a hamburger, or beaten to a pulp because then he can be ketchup, or...

Xelloss is a pretty cool character, he has a very interesting personality, and a really cool character design! personally, I like Gaav more, but that's just because I'm silly!

Xellos has that aura of intregue and mystory around him as well as the sometimes lulzy sometimes serious nature of his character makes him extra awsome ((Not to mention he always seems to be on his own side))

^__^ I suppose part of it is that there's so much going on in the present that they don't bother much with flashbacks or talking about the character's past... I mean, in the show, we only really get to see a younger Zelgadis and a younger Amelia for the most part...

I also just noticed that Zel sliced through an ogre with his Astral Vine and isn't LOL even looking. You are right, poor Zel and Amelia do all the grunt work and then Lina comes in with her uber spell of showstopping wonder later XDDDDD

Lina's a bit of a showoff... yes, her spells are big and flashy and great for taking out the villains, but, hm, she's does need her charge up time!
And it seems very hard for Amelia or Zelgadis to sit back... they're always charging right in, even if their spells get blocked or don't work...

That's because they are both super zealous, even though Zel likes to pretend he's all badass and apathetic and bitter XDDDD He's totally, at the core, just a more pragmatic Amelia in some ways, hahaha. We saw that when he was a kid in that flashback XD

They are super zealous, and while Zelly-kins has his Mr. Badass attitude, he only sits back from fights that seem completely ridiculous... he's not the one who says "Okay, take care of this batch of monsters while I do something else, bye!" for the most part... that's Lina's thing...
