This is one of your best designs, the outfit is simple but very stylish and fashionable. While I don't normally feel like shirts that show cleavadge fit in to LoK, the shape of the neckline makes this one look like it only shows very little when actually worn by non-chibi. The fact that the rest of the desing is very modest and practical also allows the slightly revealing top part. I really like the soft pale green color of the shirt and the "golden" trim and the darker green stripes at the sleeves go well together with the main color of the shirt. The grey of the pants compliments the light colored top and I like how you are using those sock things as actual socks, it adds lot of personality to the design.
