# About me

I am a 19 year old artist from Istanbul, Turkey, currently studying at Environmental Science at the University of Chicago. I'm mainly a watercolor painter who does urban sketching, landscapes, postcards and portraits. My other media tend to deviate towards painterly material: ink, gouache, crayons, markers, charcoal and graphite. I've worked on the wheel with ceramics, experimented with glazing and pottery. Design has been an integral part of my life every since I could hold a tool, and I've designed games, characters, logos etc. I have also constructed installations and curated multiple mixed-media, multiple-artist exhibitions.
