I do agree with Shieben and I am older also. It's just that the grain seems to ruin some of the most incredible photography of yours that I've ever seen.

But, that is not an insult. I don't know Shieben and I don't think he or she meant it as an insult either. It's only that you mentioned the grain so I guess we both felt it'd be OK to comment on it.

It would sure be nice if you could upload the photos without the grain also because the photos you uploaded tonight are very important in the realm of photography, in my opinion.

I guess I am just being selfish in wanting to see them that way!!

Congrats! That's wonderful. If you win Grand Prize, $50,000 is a lot of money. I hope you keep us posted of the results. I'll keep my fingers crossed. As I said, I think your three uploads tonight are very important works of art.

I agree, of course, we do all have our own taste in everything---clothes, furniture, etc. By the way, I love your taste after seeing the photo of your home. But, I would still love to have in my fav collection those three photos as they looked originally!!! I would not care and I wouldn't have written except that I think they're so special!

Thanks for taking the time to write back.

I like your work; it's just my opinion. I don't expect you to change one thing.

I'm older than you are; I was just pointing out that it's not only the younger generation who doesn't like/likes certain things.

(I don't like the mona lisa either)
I actually consider myself to be a sculptor, and don't like many paintings.

When I was a teenager, I was a semi-pro photographer; but I just lost interest in it. (self taught, film)

(Semi-pro = can pay for own equipment and toys)
(Pro = can make a living doing it)
