The image itself is nicely done and very cute, but honestly I believe some other text should've been chosen than 'Foolish Little Brother' if only because anyone not knowing who Itachi is might think that 'Foolish Little Brother' is referring to him, and not his own quote to Sasuke.

That's a good question. It's not like he's the most quotable man, excluding the one speech he gives to Sasuke... and glancing over the manga briefly, I see nothing that sticks out. Perhaps something like 'Clan Killer' (as cheesy as it sounds) and a friend suggested 'S-Class Criminal'. He's a tough guy. Perhaps I should've kept my mouth shut if I didn't have a good alternative, hm?

Hmm. Well, Naruto's so popular these days that many people probably already know the Uchiha backstory. It's quite possible that you could leave what you have and it be perfectly fine. Or if you want to take the humourous approach, put '...' and leave it at that. Since we all know that's his next favourite expression. >_>
