Two or even three faces! XD At least judging by the official art, I feel there might be space for a third one: static4.gamespot.com/uploads/oβ¦ ,Β www.gamebanshee.com/images/artβ¦
Oh, in the game, the Voices of Nerat leads a faction called the Scarlet Chorus who is at odds / in conflict with another faction led by general Graven Ashe. Even though they are supposed to be allies (working under the same Overlord), Nerat seems to be plotting against Graven Ashe all the time but even though everyone knows it, it's hard to prove it XD

Yeah, like I still don't know, maybe it's just 2 faces. But I like drawing those additional ones so one one of the arts I am drawing now, when he looks forward I gave him 2 more faces to the side XD
And so true. He is called Voices, because he can absorb people's minds, but you can never prove if he absorbed someone or not, unless he slips and accidentally lets that person speak through his voices XD
