I don't really have a tutorial, and the head shell is basically made of scrap foam from other builds I had around and burnt with a soldering iron for texture. The lights/eyes are sorta nightlights that you can press and they light up from the $2 store (they're not that bright, the image is shopped haha), and there's a cylinder of high density foam glued inside to act as as a crown and hold up everything. It's surprisingly stable, but you can't do any super head whipping or anything. The main shell is really lightweight so there isn't that much neckache even after wearing it for a con, but the "there's something on my forehead" feeling that happens still happens when I take it off.
