Thanks! Unfortunately to capture both kerbs and car sharp, the shutter speed was too high to get motion in the wheels, of course. But little I could do about that...

Yeah, some guys swear by having motion in the wheels, but doesn't work when you're trying to feature both the car and track in a close-up.

Yeah when you deal with the motorsport media here, they all have to take journo shots because it's their bread and butter, you can see where they're coming from. It's just weird that they crit this style when it's clearly not the same market.

I think this is true on a global scale.
This and the fact that apart from EVO (UK),
most photos end up like they re exactly the same.
Uninspired most of the times.Afraid to to experiment even a bit.
