I pitched this idea to a while ago and it took me forever to actually do it.

That said, I'm pretty happy with it. Not sure whether the typography was a good choice, but I'm sticking with it for now. Also the clock in the background might have been heavy-handed.

The inspiration for this was Unchained Melody . The idea is that after years and years of being separated from his wife and son, Kendall sees how awful he's been and resolves to do better. After reuniting with Joan on Harthyn, he begs her forgiveness. Although she has every right to turn him down, Joan decides to give him another chance, and they rekindle their romance where it died around twenty years before. It's different, now that they're both much older, but in a way being empty-nesters might make it easier for them to figure it out again.
