Finally done with this! Huge thanks to Bananaramses who helped me with the resolution problem ;v;

As you may know, I absolutely love drawing John Egbert and this is practically just me clawing for reasons to draw him. It’s based on this silly thing I sketched a while back:
It starts off with the usual, John goes to the Striders for the summer and he’s like a real cutie to bro but that summer’s particularly busy for bro so he can’t spend time ogling John much. Dave’s like, ‘why’ but one day he sends a picture of John with bunny ears (they went to a con maybe who knows) and bro’s like wow okay I am sated by this and he tells Dave that he’ll buy him that camera he wants if Dave’ll take pictures of John.

First Dave is all ‘no way, he’s my best bro. won’t let you perv on him’ but when John finds out he’s like, ‘go for it dude. you’ve been wanting that camera since forever’ so Dave gets a camera and he has to send bro at least five picture of John every day. Since it’s summer, the boys go places (they agreed a year before that they’d collect money for this thing) so it’s fun and there’s a lot of chances to take pictures. Dave likes it a lot.

After 5 days, the money has run out so they’re just sitting around at home. When bro finds out he’s not really pleased because John looks better all dressed up and posing and stuff (especially doing silly stuff) so he gives them money to go places but Dave has to, like, take more pictures of John. They’re like, so totally okay with that. Dave doesn’t take weird photos of John though, like sleeping or changing clothes because that’s really weird and John’s his best bro so no-go territories are no-go.

John is just happy because he got to go to places with Dave and send pictures to his dad. Everyone wins.
The room was really fun to draw out too! I tried to think of the things Bro would do but I really don’t know him very well TT_TT I’m sorry. I gave him a small studio tho. And a smuppet pile over his trap door. I actually wanted to draw his room messier but this is the extent of what I can do *falls to ground in sadness*
