Another sketch commission/creature design, although this time I didn't really design it from scratch. Ceffyl Dor/Ceffyl Dŵr is a water horse hailing from Welsh mythology, a bit similar to the Scottish kelpie, but it can fly as well as swim. Commissioned by ASGemar for their RP site Anterone (which I would recommend checking out if steampunk is your thing)!
