Description This is a pic I really wanted to draw. I just imagined Tetsuo making that face... and I wanted Kaori to be there.

This is kinda part of an imaginary time period between Tetsuo's moon thing and The Colonel's SOL attack. I would like to write a fan comic taking place durring that time... but I probbly wont.

Well from what I remember from reading the Manga, it's actually because he stopped taking the pills. The pills were keeping his power in check, but without them, the power was too much and started absorbing his surroundings.
