You did an excellent job illustrating an eerie scene and an equally creepy character. You've got an eye for composition!
A couple of things that could use a leeeeeeetle bit of work: I think the mouth kind of looks like she's puckering her lips weirdly, so I would recommend flattening her upper lip just a little and bringing in the lines at the corner of her mouth. If you want to make her look more maniacal, I would suggest widening her grin to show a little more tooth. 
Also, I almost want to see more light/dark contrast. If she is in the dark and that is her only source of light, then there should be more highlights and more shadows on her face and surroundings.
All in all, you did an awesome job. It was kinda tricky for me to come up with points to critique on because of that. :3 Keep up the great work! (*^o^*)

Thanks for your comment/critique it's much appreciated my friend.I know what you are referred to.About her lips:All of the work is in anime style and if i would make her lips more realistic that may take all of the work to a total mutatation to a sort of realistic one.About her smile I know,... insanity has always been my fav theme to treat[link] (ignore the rest its an old work) but I wanted to stay loyal to DM little smile[link] that's why her's is a mix between insanity and calmness!Adding more shadows or black colors would mean to mix all and to loose totally DM in the BG(reason of the green light interference)Thx again for your kind suggestions.
