Description
Since you can see most of the cosplay in this costume, I'll go over what everything's made of:The crown and waist decorations are super-scuply which i baked sanded gesso'd and painted. The blue briolette gems are also super sculpy which I painted and glossed. The hem of the dress is gold ribbon. The chain-link shapes on the bottom of the dress are screen printed and the lutes are all hand painted. The gloves are also hand painted. The tabard was sewn from canvas and hand painted. The Pauldrons are craft foam that I coated in model magic to create the designs. I them coated it in bondo, sanded that down, coated that in wood filler, sanded that down, coated the whole thing in resin, gesso, and then finally paint. I also added a wire cage on the inside for structural integrity. The amulet that holds the pauldrons together is craft foam and resin. The white hylian lettering on the border of the bodice is all hand drawn with white ink. If you have any more questions please leave a comment and I will try to answer it

i crossdress whenever I find a female character I want to crossplay. It's the same as cosplay to me.

Isn't he though? Takes a lot of make up and practice to get a guy like him to actually pass for lady-like but he manages! A truly dedicated crossplayer, this one. xD

i bet it was. I would find it funny if I saw a video of this costume on youtube where you walked around for a few minutes without talking until the last 15 seconds. that would seem funny to me. If only i was at Otakon to see this, but I live in MA, and my job doesn't allow me to take vacation days yet. And yes, Katsucon is BEAUTIFUL. Even inside the hotel, theres all these plants and streams an this huge fountain, and outside is just as beautiful.
If I remember correctly it can get a bit chilly, seeing as its in like February, and right by the water.
And there are so many amazing cosplayers there, as well.
