Description Another commission for a new issue of the review dedicated to the RPG "Wayfarers", from "Ye Olde Gaming Companye". [link]

The request was for a strange amphibious being, known as the Fuath, some sort of bizarre, mouthless parasite able to use other creatures bodies for its own purposes.

This is fantastic! I'm such a big fan of this particular style. What's it called, speckling?

Thanks! Well, I tryed (and sometimes I continue trying) the digital way too, but I felt like I'm a little more traditionalist... Amyway I really love digital art too, but It seems easier for me to use traditional media.

yeah, doing the development work for Time of Tribes ( [link] ) gave me some similar challenges with the Big Bads, the Fomorians and their spawn.

FatherStone In reply to lilac-lemur [2009-05-13 13:33:00 +0000 UTC]

Are you a LARP player? Cool. I used to organize some fantasy, horror and pulp LARPs, some year ago. I wish I can find the time to organize such events again. Congrats for the Time of Tribes!

lilac-lemur In reply to FatherStone [2009-05-13 13:49:36 +0000 UTC]

Not really, after two broken arms, two torn knee-caps and a minor back injury I don't do much LARPing (none of the injuries were LARP related), but as an artist with a degree in Archaeology and Celtic Civilisation who knows the executive board from uni I managed to land it when I'd no other work going on.
