Hey guys, in my last poll you guys opted for more food illustrations so here’s a popular japanese dish called “Sukiyaki すき焼き”

Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish that is prepared and served in a Japanese hot pot style. It consists of thinly sliced beef which is slowly cooked or simmered at the table, alongside vegetables and other ingredients, in a shallow iron pot in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin.

It usually consists of beef, tofu, negi(type of scallion), veggies, glass noodles, and carrots. You can also beat a raw egg in a separate bowl and dip the cooked beef into it. You may also add udon into the hotpot which contains all the essence of the ingredients above and serve.

It was particularly difficult figuring out the raw egg white as it needs to be a bit transparent and yellow accented. I hope the end result did not disappoint lol.
