It's been a while
Revamp of an old photo I had shot like two years ago with my point-and-shoot camera, had access to a nikon d40x so I reshot it because the quality of original isn't very good.

Upon creating this work of beautiful art, it could be considered unintentional plagiarism Of the Twilight book cover art since so many people are comparing it to the artwork.
And yes, there is such a thing.

The definition of plagiarism according to Wikipedia "use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work."
I didn't even know twilight existed, my photo depicts a hand holding hearts...twilight depicts hands holding one apple
If I were plagirising so would almost every photographer who came up with similar concepts, or shot the same angle of a same building...or someone who photographed a model posing the same
I believe you are confused with copyright infringement, which in this case I did not do...my concept looks similar but its not the same in subject matter or concept...people come up and shoot similar concepts each day, the line is drawn when you intentionally set out to imitate and copy that person's idea to claim it as your own.
