Looong overdue gift for my friend who is super awesome!
This is her character Cali who is obviously a quail and uber cute. 
Cali comes from Ski-machine's awesome comic Skytown.Thank you to everyone who watched the progression of this piece from inked sketch to finished piece on livestream.

I have noooo knowledge on topography in english
*searches* apparently, they receive the same name, but are very similar to "mesas" which sounds more familiar to me. There is a butte near here according to wiki, but I have never seen it. Silly rock is the only high place around and is hidden >_<
