well, this could have happen in other AU, but unfortunate not in Gasters'Tale

you see, Wingdi keep Sans and Papyrus around him all the time so they are most in the Hotland and New Home areas. Papyrus and Undyne could have met when she challenged Asgore but I kinda doubt it... they are just in two different social areas. Papyrus HAVE heard about Undyne when she are a Guard(this will be around the same time Sans is an scientist apprentice) but again; Wingdi makes sure him and Sans stay close to him so the only way they could met is by walking past each other in New Home

those where Sans has the blue hoodie is actually after his eye accident, he is close to adulthood there. 
the cracks around his eyes is luckily only a wound there will heal with time
