Description
This is a PADD, it's sort of a futuristic PDA or PocketPC used in Star Trek.The user interface you can see on the two screens is known as LCARS or Ocudagrams ( Named after the inventor of this system ). It's more like the star trek version of windows or OS X
I put the PADD itself together in Cinema4D and used Paint Shop Pro for the interface.
I used to have a little Trek site of my own but I didnt have the time to keep it upgraded so I eventually took it down. I'm planning on putting up a new site with the LCARS theme called "LCARS 74656" some time in 2005 and I might have it displayed on this or a similar image

Way cooler than any apple product out there.
I think the texture you have on the top face is too strong, especially with how smooth the edges are, and in some spots it's a sharp jump between the two.
