Just wondering because people don't really mention the number in most cases until the import is linked so thought there might be some confusion down the line because of that
I know that names will be repeated, kind of hard not to with 2000+ birds, but I'd be wondering the same about the others

There are already four stryx named Apollo.
Three stryx named Europa.
Three stryx named Thorn.
Two stryx named Mocha.
Two stryx named Nightwing.

And most of these happened prior to ID 2000 when there were a lot less birds in existence. So this is why there are ID numbers assigned.

Again, pretty much feel the same about those birds having shared names aside from the ID numbers as well. It's hard not to get repeated names, I definitely understand that as well.
I do get why the ID numbers are assigned, it just made me wonder because obviously people aren't going to mention the ID number 24/7 whenever they comment.
But I digress, it was a bit silly for me to comment about this anyway in hindsight.
