Blue is a remarkably friendly Harpia. He was wild born but has an interesting fondness for humans and general companionship. He is extremely gentle in nature and disposition to the point he's almost like a giant dog.
Many towns and cities leave food around for him as if he were a stray cat and are always thrilled to get a visit from the goofy guy. He will always roll on his back and let the people stroke his remarkable fluffy and soft plumage. Of course this has dulled him even more and made him not an incredibly smart bird, but it lends to his hyper and fun loving personality!
