Description
I've been playing a lot of adventure indie games, and I'm just falling in love with the exotic cultural aesthetic they possess.
So in love with it am I...that I decided to draft up some game concepts for characters. (Who vaguely resemble a few favorite Ocs of mine, but that's all just part of the fun ))
The little gal of the duo was designed with a color palette involving the sunset. She is the 'moon' part of the duo, with the moon and star as her ensemble. And no, it is not meant to represent islam religion's insignia. I just really liked the design of it and I wanted to use it. She is the scavenger of the relationship, her tiny body allowing her to crawl into tight spaces her partner can't reach. She would have an affinity for lockpicking and puzzle solving and only really uses her moon dagger as a last resort. She's not much of a confrontational fighter. She has a canteen filled with healing solution for when they get injured on their travels. And finally she possesses a lamp made of some type of glowing ore. Fancier and much less messier than any regular old flame.
The taller male of the duo has a color palette based on the sunrise. He is the sun of the duo, as shown by his emblem. And he is likely the muscle of the relationship, having the might to fight off monsters with his dual scimitars as well as move boulders and such his partner can't move. He also would have the Lens of Truth, basically a device that allows him to see hidden runes that could potentially lead to treasure as well as perhaps literally inform him of liars. Judging by his winglike cape, he also likely possesses the ability to glide down short distances whenever he drops from a high place; good for crossing small chasms. He also has a totally adorable little beastie companion who prolly helps scope out the surroundings for the duo as well as provide a lovable pet companion. I'd imagine it would loveeee caves and treasure. Maybe it has a 'nose' for the stuff.
I'd imagine the two of them traverse the big wide world, exploring tombs, caves, abandoned civilizations, and more. Whether or not they're in it for the treasure, or in it for the adventure is unknown. But either way, I'm sure they have fun~! X3
