I quite agree, very cute indeed <3
I'm so very impressed by your traditional skills! The nuance of the sky and especially the stars is just wonderful, and the lighting on the ponies really stands out, while blending in so very well at the same time, if that makes any sense. I can't imagine drawing such detail from such a small canvas as a 1/4 sheet of paper.

I work better with a small canvas, not sure why. When I draw on bigger pieces, my proportions always seem to go out of whack. It can be a bit annoying.

I can understand that. Being a digital artist has kind of spoiled me, I generally work on a huge canvas but zoomed out for most of it, so I guess I'm thinking in the wrong terms xD Even as I was typing that I remembered how difficult it was to work on large canvasses with colored pencils, which used to be my primary method of coloring.

Yeah I have much better control with gradient coloring on a smaller canvas.
