LOL.
Well, I sketch the basic shapes in a light grey on a separate layer first. Then I outline the sketch in black. After that, I hide the sketch layer and change the lines to 25% opacity. I then go and fill in the areas I want with black. After, I put the white in, and make the background black.
It's actually quite simple, but tedious. xD

The Midnight Crew is a gang that is rival to the Felt. The events take place as an "intermission" between acts 3 and 4.
They are each one of the four suits of cards, while the Felt are pool-themed.
All of them are really badass. 'Cept Clubs Deuce (this guy) is more adorable than badass.
