Apparently I can't spend more than five minutes in a fandom without making weird crossovers.Die has always reminded me of the mad hatter for some reason. Must be the top hat. Trace is the march hare for no good reason other than SHARKBUNNY. (He is a shark, right? I thought both him and Fin were sharks. I hope so, because there's no way I could draw Fin's weird head from this angle. Trace's goofy hat was hard enough).
The fun thing about Alice and Wonderland type things is you get to have really warped perspective and claim it's intentional.
I also played around with textures a bit. This one isn't anything too fancy, it's just a shot of the kitchen tile.Has this been done before? It's probably been done before. I don't mind, I just needed to exorcise the image from my brain.

Hehehehe, I actually want to put Snowman there... (though Hysterical Dame was also very tempting, just because of Hysteria mode. :"D) I don't really know if I dant to put the MC in. As card guards, maybe- but there are 5 goddamn versions and the Executioner, so I dunno; Boxcars would make a good alternative of the big ones with... the enormous keys or whatevs they fling around, though. Then again, we can always upgrade the weapons with a card suit; vorpal blade-Spades, pepper grinder-Diamonds, clockwork bomb-Clubs, hobby horse-all 4 of them, depending on its stage (Boxcars is a fucking unicorn ur argument is invalid) and I never actually thought of the teapot cannon, I guess Boxcars has the honor once again.
Oh. And I need to practice Chesire Doc. He might be the trickiest of whatever is in my mind- with the charchoal-drawing-like grin and ears of his. :T

Funny story, I originally planned to have some other felt in there--probably Crowbar--wearing the Alice dress and complaining: "Why can't Snowman be Alice?"
To which Die would answer, "She said the dress wasn't her style."
Buuuut I ran out of room.
Madness Returns Alice would probably fit Snowman much better.
Oh what was I thinking, the card guards would be perfect for the MC. Though it would also be amusing to see Snowman wielding the MC as weapons (I don't think that's what you meant, but that's the image it put in my brain and I like it). Teapot cannon could be Death from PS? Yeah that doesn't make much sense but he's the first thing I think of when I think of tea.
And Cheshire Doc! I have no idea how that would work given his usual shortcomings in the face department, but it would fit his character so well.

Yeah... I wonder when Andrew will be done with the animation. I want a more grandiose mindrape than Descend was- it's still my fav flash... followed by Enter and Wv: Ascend. UuU (For some reason I don't like Make her pay that much, even if it seems to be the most popular. :S)

Well, Andrew said in his last news entry that it would take him three more weeks to do, and that was posted on Sep. 6th. So it should be coming sometime at the end of this month, if he keeps to his tentative deadline.
Descend was one epic flash, and it's one of my favorites too. But for me, even though it's relatively simpler, WV: Ascend still tops out as my fave. I'll always remember it as the first time the comic made me go "woah". Coincidentally it also has one of my favorite songs.
