I've finished this! YaY!
This was supposed to be my gift for all you guys for my 2nd DA birthday but most part of people voted to see this right when I finished it so, there you go!
My first self-portrait ever. Or kind of. I did something in a fantasy style, of course but still, that's me, you can see the reference picture here: [link]
This drawing was probably the most 'artistic' one I've ever done and, by artistic I mean, let's try out a different thing, new materials and let imagination flow. For this, I've used graphite pencils, coloured pencils, gouache and pastel sticks.
I love purple so I think it's the best colour to put on a self-portrait... and I absolutely love butterflies! oh and first time I've drawn freckles EVER! and I drew them on me! I mean, I do have all those freckles but I usually delete them from my modeling pictures because shops don't like freckles that much. I'm quite surprised I've put them here!
I know this ain't my best work ever but I really like it, I do. I'm not such a big fan of that crappy scan but whatever. nothing will spoil my artistic happiness.
