Oh, I really like this one! You managed to make her hair really dark without making it look like a black hole! I love the crown of leaves as well, there's so many details in there!

Lovely! I'm not really at home in the blogging world, so I'd never heard of Elsie before, but I think it's wonderful that you made this drawing of her as a tribute. I'm sure she'll be thrilled! Well done!

IT'S FINISHED \o/
It was really... odd, dividing it into squares and drawing one per day. I thought that was really weird of you. But not necessarily bad. It would be a great way to make sure you got it done just as fast as you meant to. It's easy to procrastinate (like I'm doing right now ) and then just never finish a drawing. It's good to set yourself a target. (Plus it makes the progress animation look really cool.)

As far as the drawing itself goes... this is some truly lovely work. I can see why you picked that image to draw. It has some great textures and patterns. Looking at this makes me want to use graphite again! It's been quite a while.

yay, it's finished!
yes, I know it must sound really weird but this was the way I found to force myself to draw a bit everyday. Sometimes I just get so tired at home from college I just want to lie on my bed and do nothing, while I was doing this drawing I forced myself to draw even in those days I guess I'll make a few changes to this process... instead of squares I guess I'll try to create different areas to draw next time
And how you understand me! I love photos that are full of details, little things to draw, patterns,... it's crazy but it makes me happy!
You should go and pick a pencil now, you're way too AMAZING, I can't wait to see what you'll create, master! (bows down)
