Used: Black pen, green water color pencil and white acrylic on a few places over the pen

Omg I love all of your Tribals so much! I've been looking for tattoo designs and I was thinking of getting a celebi or a manaphy, are you OK with me using your design? (Also can you draw a manaphy? She would look so pretty with your art style!!)
