Description: Photo of my gecko eating a cricket. The species is Eublepharis macularius. It was a photo for a contest named Shock on this website [in Serbian] [link] [photography n. 15]... I'll submit it here to the *Nature-Club 's herpets contest...The realisation could be much better but when I took this photo I was in a huge hurry...
Location: My room, Belgrade, Serbia.
Equipment and settings: All in EXIF.
Editing [in Photoshop]: Neat image filter, Levels fixing, Contrast fixing, Brightness fixing, Unsharp mask, little corrections of the backround...

Ma fotka je ocajna tehnicki.. Malo je pregorelo kad sam izvlacio detalje iz senke.. Inace pozadina je skroz bela [papir + beli sto]...

Ima nekih nedostataka [senka, neostrina, malo podeksponiran itd] ali je dobro ispalo... Mada sobzirom na ulozen trud lose je i ispalo..

oh, don't get me wrong, the drops look authentic, but was merely saying that they really add something to the image.
Yep. tata is from Srbija (nearish Beograd). mama is English... you've discovered a fellow Balkan

Sama slike ti je fantastiΔna, ali je fokus katastrofalan. Ne znam toΔno kakva ti je Pentax kamera, ali pretpostavljam da ima veliki Ε‘um. ImaΕ‘ manuelni fokus?

Fokus jeste los... Jer sam na brzinu fotka i to bez blica... Sum na ovoj nije bio ogroman... Mada je vidljiv na iso 200 kao i ovde.. "Ispeglao" sam je sa Neat image,. naostrio je i pokusao da izvucem nesto iz nje... Zurio sam jer sam trebao da idem na rodjendan to vece kada sam fotkao a rok je bio do ponoci [za to takmicenje sa tog foruma koji sam pomenuo u opisu]... Zato je tehnicki uzhasna, nazalost..

Yes, I speak Serbian, although due to moving to a place where noone outside of my family spoke it I ended up forgetting (and re-learning) a good portion of it. I'm told I have an accent when I speak it, though.
